Rose of Sharon Equestrian School receives no government funding to help accomplish its mission of offering equine facilitated learning opportunities to people with disabilities. In order to operate, the School relies on fund raising events, grants, contributions from individuals and local businesses, as well as minimal fees for service.

Working at a careful and deliberate pace, ROSES has grown to the point where income has begun to keep up with the expense of maintaining the therapy horses and equipment; yet no funding currently exists for salaries, facility rental, or capital improvement projects. We are looking for partners who can help us meet our financial goals in those areas, but who also understand our commitment to growing at a sustainable rate, while offering consistent, quality programs for our students.
